Policy

SHIPPING: All shipping options are Flat Rates based on weight. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days once received by carrier. 

All sales are Final. (exceptions may be made at our discretion)

If an item is lost in the mail, we will replace it. Additionally, if an error is made on our end, we will fix it.

WARRANTY: If a product breaks during normal recommended use, we will fix or replace it, (hard goods only), within the stated warranted period. 

PRE-ORDER: All pre-orders will begin shipping after the pre-order closes and the stated lead time passes. Ex. If the pre-order runs for 3 days and the stated lead time is 3 weeks (21 days), then the items ordered will begin shipping 21 to 24 days after the initial order was placed. 

IN-STOCK: If an item is listed as "in-stock" that means that it is actively in production and available to ship within 24-36hrs of the time of purchase. (If for some reason order volumes are unusually high, the item will be listed as backordered and lead times will be updated in the items description).
